No. Credits are not needed to purchase an item. All you need is a BoxSelect account.
Once you've either successfully won a bid or purchased an item, the item will appear in your "Auction Transactions." Within Auction Transactions, you?l be asked to pay for your item, followed by confirming when you received your item, and leaving feedback for the seller you bought from.
Firstly, open a support ticket, and notify us about the case. Secondly, open a dispute with PayPal about your purchase.
To successfully list an item, you'll need; 1. Completed personal information. 2. One credit to list the item. 3. Optional: (Multiple credits if selling bulk items.)
BoxSelect takes out absolutely no fees when your item has been sold.
If your item doesn't sell, you'll have the option to re-list your item for 3 days at no charge, or cancel your listing all together.
When someone purchases your item you'll be notified through our notification system. The purchase will be automatically inserted into your Auction Transactions, where you will be asked to ship your item, followed by leaving feedback. We ask that you communicate with your buyer and work out any questions either of you may have.
