Does it cost any money to register on BoxSelect?

Once registered, how long does it take to receive my activation email?

You should receive your activation email almost instantly. Sometimes it can take longer, depending on server load and your providers email servers. If you do not receive it within 30 minutes check your SPAM folder or click on the "Resend activation email" button.

Do I need to enter my Personal Information on the website?

Can I change my username on the website?

You may request one username change per month. Simply open a support ticket, and request the proper changes.

Do I have to upload a custom User Background and Profile Picture?

No. However, by customizing your profile, you can stand out from the crowd! Think of it like organizing your storefront.

Why is the upload for my profile picture and custom background taking so long?

This is depends on the upload speed of your internet connection. On DSL and cable connections, upload speed is generally significantly slower than the advertised download speed.

How long does it usually take for my profile picture to be approved once I upload it?

Profile pictures are generally approved/denied within 12 hours. You will receive an email and private message to notify you of the status of your picture.

My profile picture got denied, may I change the outcome of your decision?

No. All decisions by the BoxSelect team are final. Please go ahead and upload a photo that follows our standards.

Are all members allowed to participate in the referral system?

Of course! All members whether you're just "Registered" or "BoxPRO", may be a part of our referral program.

I've referred someone. What do I get?

After successfully referring someone to our website, you'll automatically receive a credit. Additionally, if a user you've referred goes ahead and successfully sells an item, you will be rewarded with 3% of the total sale. (Rewarded in Credits)

Is there a limit of how many people I can refer?

Their is absolutely no limit on how many people you can refer. We encourage you to spread the word, and earn yourself as many credits as possible.

Is there a limit to the number of friends I can have?

Nope. You can have as many friends as your heart desires.

What does "Profile Friends" mean?

Profile friends are simply your friends who you want to display on your profile. The choice is totally up to you, and may be edited at any time in your "Manage Friends" page.

How do I sign up for BoxPro membership?

To purchase the BoxPro membership, simply log in to your account, go to the "BoxPro" membership page, click "Become a pro member today," and choose if you want to purchase a month or year plan.

Can I extend my membership before it expires?

Of course! Simply visit the "BoxPro" membership page, and purchase another month. Remember, to add another month onto your subscription, you'll need 7 credits.

Do you offer refunds on BoxPro memberships?

No. All sales on BoxPro memberships are final.

Do I need any credits to purchase an item?

No. Credits are not needed to purchase an item. All you need is a BoxSelect account.

Once I buy an item, what do I do?

Once you've either successfully won a bid or purchased an item, the item will appear in your "Auction Transactions." Within Auction Transactions, you?l be asked to pay for your item, followed by confirming when you received your item, and leaving feedback for the seller you bought from.

If I don't receive my item, what should I do?

Firstly, open a support ticket, and notify us about the case. Secondly, open a dispute with PayPal about your purchase.

What do I need to do prior to listing an item?

To successfully list an item, you'll need; 1. Completed personal information. 2. One credit to list the item. 3. Optional: (Multiple credits if selling bulk items.)

Does BoxSelect take out any fees once my item is sold?

BoxSelect takes out absolutely no fees when your item has been sold.

If my listing doesn't sell, what occurs?

If your item doesn't sell, you'll have the option to re-list your item for 3 days at no charge, or cancel your listing all together.

When someone buys my item, whats my next step?

When someone purchases your item you'll be notified through our notification system. The purchase will be automatically inserted into your Auction Transactions, where you will be asked to ship your item, followed by leaving feedback. We ask that you communicate with your buyer and work out any questions either of you may have.
